Endymion

Endymion is a Knight of the White Moon, consecrated to Tsukiryuu, Kami of the Moon. He came from Dho with a contingent of fellow knights to find out why Akumas have started appearing across Treftiel. Crossing the Angra Mainyu is not something the order does casually. The problem was, until recently, native to Dho alone.

He patrols the forests bordering Treftiel's cities, watching for anything that shouldn't be there, Akumas or otherwise. Nobody gave him this post. The order tolerates it. Tsukiryuu more than tolerates it. People who have worked with him notice he tends to be exactly where an Akuma is about to show up, before anyone knew it would.

He is kind. He notices when someone is tired or off and says something. He thinks people can decide to be good if they feel like it. Treftiel hasn't reached him yet. Most people here aren't sure what to make of that.

Within the order, he is not particularly senior. Tsukiryuu's favor toward him doesn't match his rank. Nobody has a clean explanation for it.

Nobody who has seen him fight has underestimated him a second time.
