Morrigan

Morrigan handles the Registry's S-rank operations and above. Routine commissions don't usually reach her. When the Registry assigns her to something, the operation sits outside what standard operatives are expected to come back from.

How long she has been in the organization is hard to say. Most people who deal with the Registry know her name before they see her face. The ones who have worked near her don't usually bring it up.

Her mysterious yellow eyes are unsettling for most people. She looks at you like she's already past the moment you're in, reading something ahead of it. When asked direct questions, she answers obliquely (don't read it as evasion, more like she has decided the person asking isn't ready to hear the answer yet). Whether she actually sees something in what's coming, and how much, she has never said extensively.

She's reachable, she just picks who gets to reach her.
