The faction is commonly associated with exiled Apex Fabricatum affiliates, though no official records confirm surviving membership. Publicly, the Glass Hand is known for producing biomechanical constructs and adaptive war-forms that do not conform to any sanctioned Apex design lineage. These creations are described as structurally inconsistent and incorporating undocumented fusion methods of flesh, arcane circuitry, and mechanical assemblies.

Multiple independent industrial incidents across Treftiel have been tentatively correlated with Glass Hand activity. Such events—recurrent mechanical failures, anomalous transport deviations, and spontaneous structural deformities—are informally referred to as Signs. The causal mechanism behind these phenomena remains unverified.
