Client: Santiago, a noble fisherman from the Glowing Lake.

Santiago has been fishing all his life in the same area of the Glowing Lake. Recently he has noticed that there are less and less fish in his area and it has been a few months since he has brought back anything substantial to sell.

He believes that perhaps some creature has moved to his lake and has displaced the fauna within it, or that a competitor has intentionally sabotaged him. Your mission is to correctly identify what the cause of the problem is and potentially help fix it.
