H4ppy

H4ppy is a liaison for The Registry. An upbeat person, very cheerful and energetic, almost NOT ENOUGH. Most know for their FUN and AMAZING missions that they give out to the VERYlucky people who might grace their presence. Most interested in working directly with Operatives on the field, often recording the events for the viewers of their MISADVENTURES, those he LOVINGLY calls chat. This chat is often seen as a floating screen that they carry floating close to their person with comments of VARIOUS people from ALL AROUND THE REALM.

They, while somewhat new to The Registry, has found their way up to a Liaison. No one knows quite how.
Their original race, REDACTED, has been lost to prosthetics with the face completely changed for a screen, and most of the body covered in a perfectly clean suit.
